• Marketplace Role: Mtgrx connects you with independent stores and facilitates delivery of the products you order.
• Pricing: Product prices are set by the store and may include delivery fees, service fees, and applicable taxes.
• Availability: Orders are subject to product availability at the time of confirmation.
• Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Product Usage Disclaimer

Some products available through the app (such as personal care and skincare items) come with manufacturer instructions and usage guidelines. Mtgrx is a delivery and marketplace platform only; we do not provide medical, dermatological, or professional advice. 4. Payment

Payments can be made via the available methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery and supported digital payment options. By placing an order, you authorize the applicable charge for your order total.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted if a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
• Certain product categories may not be eligible for return once delivered, due to hygiene or safety reasons, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Approved refunds are processed to your in-app wallet or original payment method.
